DMAC Solutions at Region 7 is hiring talented and experienced software developers/programmers with a passion for creating and improving web-based applications and services.
We're looking for developers who will work closely with other developers and education specialists.

This job has the potential to operate as a hybrid position with some time onsite at Region 7 ESC and some from a remote location.
*Education and Skills:*
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field required.
* Proven experience with the .
NET framework, including C#, ASP.
NET Web Forms, and MVC.
* Strong proficiency in web languages and standards, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
* Skilled in relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
* Exceptional reasoning and problem-solving skills.
* Creativity and resourcefulness in implementing solutions.
* Ability to manage multiple projects across various application domains, both independently and collaboratively.
*Responsibilities and Duties:*
* Write clean, stable, and fault-tolerant code that stands the test of time.
* Take the lead in designing, developing, and ensuring the functionality of various production-level software products or services.
* Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing emerging technologies and practices that can enhance our existing products and services.
* Establish and maintain professional relationships both internally and externally.
* Provide mentorship and advice to other developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
* Make impactful decisions that directly affect the products and services within your assigned scope.
* Offer technical assistance as and when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $74,158.
00 - $94,658.
