We are currently searching for the right person to join our team as a IT Application Developer.
Job Duties:
Maintain all responsibilities and duties of an Application Developer
Assist in developing new business applications
Lead development and maintenance of our company’s intranet site
Analyst on IT initiatives generated from all departments of the organization.
Identify areas and processes that can be improved by implementing new technology
Assist IT Technicians and provide leadership and direction when needed
Complete special projects when called upon
Comply with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and information protection
Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures
Complete and pass all required regulatory compliance training as assigned
Ability to work flexible schedules
Perform any additional duties and tasks assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills:
Well versed in multiple programing languages (Node, .
Net, JavaScript preferred)
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to accept change and adapt to shifting organizational challenges and priorities
Education, Experience & Licenses:
Bachelor’s Degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience
Minimum of two years’ work experience with front-end web development and user interface design
Prior experience collaborating and working with implementation teams to design systems throughout the full life cycle of an IT project
