Daycare Classroom Aide

The Learning Center is a Christian-based daycare that offers children opportunities to play, learn, and grow while learning to socially engage and develop fundamental skills.
TLC is dedicated to helping children discover their individuality and encourage self-expression.
We are looking for a *Classroom Aide *to assist with the growth and development of children attending TLC.
Pay starts at $10/hr.
*Responsibilities* * Follow a schedule of activities and discover suitable techniques to provide a nurturing and interactive classroom environment * Provide basic care and caregiving activities to children * Monitor and evaluate children's development through playtime and other age-appropriate activities * Identify behavioral problems and determine the right course of action * Collaborate with other teachers and aides * Adhere to standards and safety regulations as established by The Learning Center *Required Skills* * Must be willing to be CPR certified * Must pass background check * Patience, flexibility, and love for children * Strong communication and time management skills *Preferred Skills* * Childcare experience preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $10.
