Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of Tasting Room staff member.
- Opening and Closing the Tasting Room in a timely manner.
- Create and lead a customer service forward environment ensuring positive experiences and customer retention.
- Communicate with Tasting Room BOH regarding quality control, guest feedback, food issues, and cleaning standards.
- Responsible for cash handling duties including making cash transactions, verifying, opening and closing cash drawers.
- Maintain Enoch’s high standard of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the Tasting Room including, the event center, patio area, preparation areas, linen room and restrooms.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist Tasting Room staff in handling customer concerns with professionalism.
Skills:
- Minimum of (3) years of experience working as a FOH employee in the restaurant industry or hospitality industry is required.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills with a passion for interacting with customers.
- Knowledge of food service and food preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with bartending skills for special events or functions.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, such as banquet or event settings.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, personnel skills, highly motivated, and highly organized.
- Must be detail oriented and able to coordinate various activities simultaneously.
- Must have the ability to work both as a team and independently.
- Must have good written and oral communication skills.
- Must have basic wine knowledge to help customers and staff members.
- Ability to deal with guests concerns, problematic guests, co-workers, and business associates in a courteous and professional manner.
- Must be people and hospitality oriented.
