Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance professional to join our team.
As the Lead Maintenance, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities.
This is a key role in our organization, requiring strong leadership skills and technical expertise.
Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support - Oversee the day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring work orders are completed in a timely manner - Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC system maintenance, and general building repairs - Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, schedule preventive maintenance tasks, and maintain accurate records - Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed - Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Welding and fabrication as required for repairs or modifications - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations - Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks Requirements: - Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in facilities maintenance - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing various systems - Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.
