Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Handle incoming phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Coordinate and oversee facility management, including repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to property management activities.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants.
Skills: - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices.
