Apartment Maintenance position available

In coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor and other team members, the Make-Ready’s primary responsibility is to ensure all vacant apartments are restored to "market-ready" status on schedule.
Duties & Responsibilities
Inspect vacant apartments, prepare checklists for make-ready process;
Inform Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager of needed services and repairs.
Repair/replace windows, latches, screens, hinges, doors, shelves, baseboards, etc.
Check appliances and inform Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager of status.
Assist in changing or removing appliances from apartment.
Make keys, change locks.
Change A/C filters; Repair or replace ceiling fans, etc.
Checks faucets sink plugs and repairs/replace as necessary.
Perform surface repairs to sinks, tubs.
Inspect bathroom tiles & perform minor repairs or replacements.
Repair holes in walls; Assist with painting duties when requested; Transfer paint & supplies.
Check all lights and replace as needed.
Assist team with trash-out, keeping grounds clean.
Report supply needs to Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager.
Perform any additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
Qualifications
Apartment maintenance, housekeeping, custodial or related experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail.
Valid Driver’s License
