ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE with HVAC Certification
As a Team Member, works under direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity, general maintenance, repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects for the apartment community.
This involves insuring a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and anyone else working or visiting the property.
Diagnose and perform minor, routine maintenance and repairs, on a daily basis as directed.
Performs all needed repairs and services.
Assist make-ready staff, as required to meet deadlines.
Report all needs and major repair requisitions to Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
Keep current status of inventory levels of parts and supplies and inform Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager of items.
Perform any additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Position requires at least three years’ experience in apartment maintenance or related experience
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general building maintenance
HVAC Certification
Valid Driver's License
