The Assistant Community Manager (ACM) is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in managing all core business processes including leasing, client relations, marketing, maintenance, budgeting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, vendor relations, selection and recruitment and team development.
Strive to increase revenues and decrease expenses.
Assist team members complete all duties and responsibilities appropriately, safely and on schedule.
The ACM is responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including accurate reporting of all collections.
Qualifications/Requirements
Multifamily experience
Knowledge of financial and budgeting principles
Excellent leadership, communication, and inter-personal skills
Knowledge of fair housing laws and other applicable regulations
Strong customer service skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License
