Chocolate Decorator

*Position Overview* The Decorator will accurately decorate individual chocolates by hand and pack chocolates by hand into boxes and bags.
*Essential Functions* 1.
Will learn to temper and seed chocolate 2.
Will color chocolate 3.
Hand-decorate chocolates *Supervision* Supervision is provided by the Sweet Shop USA®’s Production Lead, Production Supervisor and the Vice President of Operations.
Qualifications and Skills *Experience*: Previous experience and/or experience in Food manufacturing or cake decorating is a plus but not required.
Skills: Ability to follow and understand instructions is required.
Creative ability, drawing skills and/or cake decorating experience would be a plus.
*Working Hours and Environment* Flexible work hours are between 7:00am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday, however, hours can vary according to employee's schedule and production schedules.
Department hours are set by the supervisor.
This position requires sitting 80% of the workday.
Standing, walking, and lifting approximately 15% of the workday.
Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs.
