*Essential Functions*
* Responsible for contractor monitoring and oversight of assigned work.
* Interface with permitting authorities including environmental, OSHA and county inspectors.
* Identify any deficiencies (design, quality, schedule, work) in foundation, road, reclamation and environmental best management practices.
* Oversee contractor concrete break testing.
* Review/accept contractor work and documentation.
* Evaluate & assess all scope change claims for validity.
* Monitor staking and maintenance of easement boundaries and site signage.
* Develop and track punch list items.
* Compliant with jobsite and OSHA rules.
* Track tasks to completion while maintaining accurate and thorough records.
* Interviewing, selecting and training employees.
*Required Skills and Experience*
* Construction experience 5+ yrs.
, leadership experience strongly preferred.
* Strong understanding of foundation construction & concrete work.
* Strong understanding of aggregate road construction/maintenance.
* Familiarity w/ environmental control/regulatory compliance measures, including erosion control, runoff prevention, and drainage control.
* Experience with survey and utility crossings, including pipeline, electric distribution, water, etc.

* Familiarity with OSHA standards and construction safety best practices as applicable to wind construction.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* MUST be willing to travel and work 60+ hours per week work plus holidays.
