Essential Functions
This position is responsible for providing engine painting services for the Power System Division and respond to customer needs in a positive, caring and timely manner.
Must also build rapport with customers through technical expertise and quality service on equipment so that service value is achieved.
Requirements
This position requires a self-motivated, thoughtful individual with a high energy level who is able to work alone or with others in a shop environment
Must have at least 3 years of painting experience in an oil field or industrial setting which includes paint prep, sanding, sand-blasting and washing of equipment required
Must be capable of performing complex painting services in a correct manner
May involve some minor assembly of painted components
Must adhere to safety guidelines
Must be self-motivated and able to work in a team or individual
Must have a steady work history
Able to lift 60-lbs.
, approximately 15 times a day
Able to stand, and walk for extended periods during the work day
Able to bend and reach
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent attendance required
Must be able to work in a shop environment

Must have a valid driver license
High school diploma or GED
