Pipe Welder - KILGORE

AtWork Personnel is seeking to hire Pipe Welders for a local shop in Kilgore, Texas.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday 6am-4pm Rate of pay is $26 an hour.
Responsibilities: • Assemble and weld piping systems.
• Laying, fitting, and welding pipes - primarily in the 1G and 5G position.
• Weld and repair piping according to ASME B31.
3 code and company's welding specifications.
• Ensure welding equipment is in good working condition.
• Develop and maintain working knowledge or welding techniques and materials.
• Monitor welding to minimize shrinking, expansion or distortion or work pieces.
• Perform pipe welding tasks as per project requirements and industry standards • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements: • Proven recent experience as welder.
• Must be able to pass an on-site welding test.
• Must be able to pass a nationwide background check.
