We oversee properties in and surrounding areas.
We’ve just received a new property in this area, and are looking for an individual, or crew, to assist with initial, and recurring, services.
This includes the following.
1.
Lock Change & Lockbox Installation.
2.
Initial and Recurring Grass Cut (Snow Removal in the winter).
3.
Winterization.
4.
Debris Removal.
5.
Bid on Work Needed.
This is going to be items to prevent deterioration on the property, prevent further damage, and prevent code violations.
These are vacant properties and will require photos from a smart phone.
We also require you to have all your own equipment.
We are now just looking for someone for this initial property, but if you perform well, we can assign more.
We will provide support, management, and training (if new to this industry).
Its ideal for a second income to start, with the upside of full time work.
